chatCore providerRequiresStreaming: switch provider-name → PROVIDERS[provider].forceStream. Thêm forceStream:true vào registry openai/codex/commandcode. verify-providers allowlist added-fields (forceStream/urlSuffix verified bằng golden + runtime test riêng).
